  1.Finding the item and adding to your shopping bag When you click the [Ordering] button, the item will be placed in the shopping bag. You can review the shopping bag afterwards. 2.Reviewing the shopping bag To change the quantity You can change the quantity of the item by clicking the [Change qty] button in the quantity box. When you change the number in the quantity box in the quantity changing window, the quantity of the item in the shopping bag will be updated. To remove the item from the shopping bag If you decide that you don't want to purchase any particular item, you can remove the item from the shopping bag by clicking the [Remove] button. 3.Filling the order form When you have reviewed the item in your shopping bag, click the [proceed to checkout] button to fill in the order form. Fill in the necessary information in the corresponding column. When necessary column is left unfilled, or filled in an inadequate format, Error window will be displayed to enable your correction. 4.Reviewing and submitting your order form to place the order When you have filled in your order form, click the [Proceed to review] button. Take a moment to review the information you provided and make any necessary adjustment. When you are ready, click the [Submit your order] button to place you order. 5.Confirmation of your order When an online order has been successfully logged, you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming your order details. If you do not receive this mail, then we have not received your order. Please e-mail us, and we will let you know whether we have received your order. 6.Cancellation and return You can not cancel your order after placing your order. Also, you can not return the product after your receipt of the product. < Having trouble in placing order from your order form?> We use Cookie and JavaScript for the order placement. Your browser needs to be set to "accept cookies" and "enable JavaScript" before you can place an order.  As a rule, the Product will be dispatched by courier for User in Japan; by airmail for User in other country or area.  Shipping and handling fee is included in the price of the product.  The Product will be delivered to User within 2 weeks of User's order. If the Product does not reach User within 2 weeks, please inform Ratio International Corporation so by facsimile or e-mail.  As Ratio International Corporation's policy, payment is to be made only by credit cards.
